Kodagu

Recently I had been to Kodagu. this is the right time to visit Kodagu. No clouds, no rains. May be mist. the temperature may be low. from dusk to dawn it is cold... chill. Of course, it depends on which part of Kodagu you spend the night. If it is Madikeri, Bhagamandala or such hilly places, it is cold. Places like Virajpet, Somawarpet, etc are not too cold.
but if are not a teetotaller and not a veg, then you can warm up! :-)

While I was there I took a few photos.

The photo above is that of the Middle School of Kottoor. This school is about 150 year old. Kottoor is on the way to Talakaveri from Madikeri.

The photo on the right is a view of Brahmagiri range from where R Kaveri originates.

The photo on the top is the house of Podanolanda Ramesh Subbaiah. This house was built more than 30 years back. It is a very comfortable house. This house is opposite to the School.

No, no. It is not a Home stay. :-(
